Prior to starting Infinity, Brett started and operated a well known boutique law firm specializing in litigation, insurance law and real estate law. Brett has 12+ years of extensive legal and operational experience in multi million dollar commercial real estate and business transactions. Further, Brett has experience handling and successfully resolving millions of dollars of large scale insurance claims and real estate disputes both in state and federal court. Brett is responsible for driving growth at Infinity through investor relationships, ensuring operational efficiency across all departments, and staying at the forefront of technological advancement in the real estate sector. Brett also directly manages the legal department ensuring smooth transactions and legal compliance across the company. Brett is a member of Infinity's investment committee and is an active investor in all of Infinity's acquisitions. Brett was born and raised in Long Island, New York, and graduated from University of Florida with a BS in Finance and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Nova Southeastern University Law School. Brett is a husband and father to three children.
